PBA, DHAKA : In the capital’s under turag police station & Tafalia village, robbering held at the former Fisheries and Livestock Minister A Latif Biswashs sister’s house. 8 people including minister’s sister Firoza Begum were injured. The condition of 6 of these people is alarming. Latifa Biswashs told to PBA that her uncle’s house is next door. Her uncle is former railway officer Ali Hossain. On Saturday night, at 2 o’clock, after heard the sound of the the cocktail, the robbers started screaming at the house of Ali Hossens house. Then she and her brother Tuku went out with a short shotgun. My brother fired two rounds. Infront of them some robbers ran into bloody conditions. She also said we were caught by the robbers in before. Our two more weapons were submitted in the police station before the election.
Firoza Begum also said, ` Robbers entered by climb of the boundary walls trying to breke the main iron gate of 2nd floor. But all of us wake up. When my younger boy Navy Lieutenant Commander Abdullah Al-Momin tried to resist the robber, he made cocktail blast. in his body. As a result, his stomach was bleeding wounds. All of them had domestic weapons in hand. The robbers continued to be envious of everyone. This result in 3 serious injuries, including my husband (house-owner), elder son Abdullah Al Amin, and Hafsana Begum, wife of Momin, and I was slightly injured myself. There is two injury in my right hand. He also said 3 robbers were seriously injured. Three people have been admitted to CMH with the help of locals. My husband’s condition is critical & has been admitted to CCU. But the robbers did not took any valuable thing from the house. On
Sunday by self visit, the 4-storey house is still under construction. They completed the second floor & live there. Other floras are in incomplete condition. In the floor there are signs of vandalism and the flames are lying on the floor during the time of robbering. In-charge of Turag Uludaha police fari SI Shafiul said, `1 muffler of the robbers was seized. The Crime seen Unit of CID has collected all the evidence. A team of police is conducting raids for arrest robbers’.
